Terms of Service
Last updated: 01/06/2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Leveredge (“Leveredge”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). They govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and any related services we offer (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
We publish curated, leveraged trade set-ups for selected cryptocurrency pairs (currently BTC/USDT and ETH/USDT). Each set-up includes a proposed entry zone, stop-loss level, and one or more take-profit targets.
The Risk Calculator helps you size each position based on your account capital, leverage, and the dollar amount you are willing to risk on the trade. Outputs are informational; the final trading decision is always yours.
The Trading Bridge App is an optional desktop companion that reads a JSON file downloaded from a trade card and submits the corresponding entry, take-profit, and stop-loss orders to your connected exchange. API keys are encrypted and stored locally on your machine; they are never transmitted to Leveredge servers.
You may log executed trades, attach notes, and review performance metrics (win rate, average R:R, equity curve) inside the dashboard. Optional demo mode is available for users on supported exchanges.
The Service is offered under tiered subscription plans (Free, Gold, and Platinum) described on our Pricing page. Each plan specifies a trade limit, eligible markets, and feature access.
The Free plan is only available to users who sign up through one of our partner-exchange affiliate links and have their affiliate UID verified by an administrator. Leveredge may revoke Free plan access if affiliation cannot be confirmed.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected period (quarterly or yearly) via our payment processor. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable except where explicitly stated in our refund policy.
You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials to your Leveredge account and any connected services (Telegram, exchange). You agree to provide accurate information during sign-up and to keep your profile (including your Telegram username, Telegram chat ID, and exchange UID) up to date.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Leveredge content without written permission.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
- Interfere with security features or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ accounts.
- Submit inaccurate profile information to obtain a Free plan you would not otherwise qualify for.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. The Service is not intended for residents of jurisdictions where leveraged cryptocurrency trading is restricted or prohibited.
Leveredge strongly recommends that new users practise on a supported exchange’s demo environment before placing real capital at risk. Demo trading allows you to familiarise yourself with the Trading Bridge App workflow, the Risk Calculator, and the platform’s notification flow without financial exposure.
When you are ready to trade live, you are solely responsible for creating and securing separate live API keys, funding your live futures account, and verifying that your orders execute as intended on the exchange.
Leveredge provides trade set-ups, educational content, and risk-management tooling. The Service does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and no personalised recommendation is made with respect to the suitability of any trade for your circumstances.
Cryptocurrency trading is highly speculative and involves substantial risk of loss, including the loss of all capital deposited. Leveraged instruments magnify both gains and losses and may result in liabilities that exceed your initial deposit. Market conditions can change rapidly; set-ups that looked favourable when published may be invalidated before you can act on them.
Past performance of any trading methodology, signal, or instructor — including those published on the Service — is not a reliable indicator of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, your position sizing, and the security of your exchange credentials. You should conduct your own research and, where appropriate, consult a licensed financial advisor before trading.
By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept these risks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leveredge disclaims all liability for any loss arising from your use of the Service.
All content published on the Service — including trade set-ups, written analysis, screenshots, the Leveredge name and logo, and the Trading Bridge App — is owned by Leveredge or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial trading activities. You may not copy, redistribute, republish, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
The Service integrates with third parties, including Firebase (Google Cloud), Telegram, supported cryptocurrency exchanges, and payment processors. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Leveredge is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of any third-party service, nor for losses arising from your use of them.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Leveredge, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or trading losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service, regardless of the legal theory and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, if your subscription lapses, or if continuing to provide the Service would be unlawful or commercially unreasonable.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Risk Disclaimer, Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law — will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Netherlands, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Netherlands, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws give you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
