Leveredge (“Leveredge”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website at leveredgeapp.tech and the related dashboards, applications, and APIs (together, the “Service”). We are the data controller for the personal information described in this Policy.
For any privacy-related question, including requests to exercise your rights, contact us at info[at]leveredgeapp.tech.

Payment Data
- Plan, billing period, and renewal dates.
- Limited payment metadata returned by our payment processor (the processor holds your full card details; we do not).
We do not collect, store, or have access to your exchange account password, two-factor codes, or API secret keys. Those live only on your device inside the Trading Bridge App.
We use the personal data we collect to:
- Authenticate you and operate the core features of the Service.
- Deliver trade alerts and journal notifications through your chosen channel (Telegram).
- Verify your eligibility for the Free plan via your exchange affiliate UID.
- Process subscription payments, prevent fraud, and manage your account.
- Respond to support requests and important service announcements.
- Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
- Improve the Service through aggregated, non-identifying analytics.
Under the GDPR we process your personal data on the following legal bases:
- Contract — to provide the Service you signed up for, including authentication, trade logging, and subscription billing.
- Consent — for non-essential communications (such as marketing emails) and for sending trade alerts to your Telegram chat ID. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interest — to keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and improve features, where our interest is not overridden by your rights.
- Legal obligation — to comply with tax, accounting, and law-enforcement requests.
Google Cloud / Firebase
Hosts authentication, Firestore databases, and Cloud Functions. Stores your account, profile, and trading data on your behalf as a data processor.
Telegram
Delivers trade alerts and handles support conversations when you opt in. The bot receives your Telegram chat ID and the message content.
Partner exchanges (e.g. Blofin)
Verifies your affiliate UID to confirm Free-plan eligibility. We do not share your exchange API keys with anyone; those remain on your device inside the Trading Bridge App.
Payment processor
Processes subscription payments and returns a tokenised receipt to us. Full card details never touch our servers.
Hosting & monitoring
Vercel hosts the website and captures anonymised performance metrics. We use aggregated, non-identifying error reports to keep the Service reliable.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers. We may disclose information if compelled by valid legal process or to protect the safety, rights, or property of Leveredge or our users.
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to honour the purposes described in this Policy, comply with our legal obligations, and resolve disputes. As a guideline:
- Account and profile data — for the life of the account, plus up to 24 months after closure.
- Trade, journal, and performance data — for the life of the account, unless you delete individual records sooner.
- Billing records — for the period required by tax and accounting law (typically 7 years).
- Support correspondence — for up to 24 months after the conversation closes.
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you (GDPR Art. 15).
- Rectification — correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete (Art. 16).
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data, subject to legal exceptions (Art. 17).
- Restriction — ask us to suspend processing of your data in certain circumstances (Art. 18).
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (Art. 20).
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest, including profiling (Art. 21).
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.
- Lodge a complaint — with your local data-protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email info[at]leveredgeapp.tech from the address associated with your account. We respond within 30 days.
We protect your data with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed for a SaaS of this size, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption at rest in our database provider, least-privilege access controls, and routine review of access logs.
Your exchange API keys never reach our servers — they are encrypted and stored locally inside the Trading Bridge App. You are responsible for keeping your device, your Leveredge password, and your exchange credentials secure.
No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
Some of our service providers are located outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the provider’s participation in recognised adequacy frameworks.
If you are in the EEA, you can contact our local representative at [EEA REPRESENTATIVE DETAILS — TODO: insert EU Art. 27 representative name, address, and email] for any data-transfer enquiry.
The Service is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact info[at]leveredgeapp.tech so we can delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email; continued use of the Service after a change becomes effective indicates acceptance of the updated Policy.
